Intuitive Handwriting Analysis is a reflective, interpretive practice designed for self-awareness, inspiration, and entertainment. It is not a scientific, psychological, or diagnostic service, and should not be used as a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or legal or financial consultation.

2. Personal Responsibility

By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any interpretations, insights, or decisions you make as a result.

3. Payment and Refunds

All session fees, gift certificate purchases, and event bookings are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed sessions, as services are based on time and personal interpretation.

4. Liability

Write Your Ways LLC, its owner, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a session, use of the website, or reliance on any information provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, designs, logos, and session materials (including written interpretations) are the intellectual property of Write Your Ways LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
